When we have long large set of data then our header of table goes up while scrolling the data. We can solve this issue via locking the header either vertical header or horizontal header.

Step1: First select row or column which you want to lock. Here we are locking our row 1 header.

Step 2: Click on View (as shown in picture with highlighted with yellow color)

Step 3: In view menu click on Freeze it will show multiple options. For row chose from row option and for column choose from column options. Here we want lock row 1 so we chose “Up to row 1” option.

Step 4: You can see in below image, even we are at record 30 but row 1 is fixed at same position.
